Jayson
Jayson is on page 143 of 157

Notes:
(1) Spawn spends the last two issues playing commando, breaking into foreign military facilities.
- Not exactly his milieu or bailiwick, and not why I read "Spawn."
(2) Another character named after a '90s NHL player: Peter Forsberg.
- Though, not a bad guy for a change. But, rather, a naked, cowering and traumatized prisoner. Don't know which is the worse depiction.

Jayson’s Previous Updates

Jayson
Jayson is on page 74 of 157

Notes:
(1) This begins with three issues of Spawn touring Hell.
- This is essentially one long dream sequence, and I hate dream sequences: they're rarely ever useful as more than artsy-fartsy filler.
- Reminds me a lot of Capullo's "Reborn." Another incoherent afterlife story, too weird for its own good.
(2) Yellow text on orange and green backgrounds is terrible lettering!

Jayson is starting

Notes:
(1) I wasn't originally going to read this right now. I'd planned to take a hiatus from the series after issue #50. However, my OCD just won't allow me to stop at Volume 8 when I'm so close to Volume 10.
(2) I see a cover has Savage Dragon on it. That's not a good sign.
- I mean, Erik Larsen can barely write character, goodness knows what Todd McFarlane does with it.
