Why I write dark romance: I saw a meme that said if you were a Damon (from TVD) girly then, now you're into dark romance. When I write villains as the hero who gets the girl that's who I see, Damon redeeming himself enough for Elena to fall in love with him. Being stuck with Bonnie in that time prison and redeeming himself so that she could forgive him and become his best friend. That dynamic gets me every time.
