I am struggling a bit with the book. Several of the scenes are set up to be humorous. I am just not seeing it. Have the book on both audio and kindle.

Thanks Lorka, I am reading it for a group read and I may just pass on it and go to another.
Well, I am not going to finish this so I am just moving on.
Yeah I preferred #2 to this one.
I enjoyed this one because I was in the mood for something light and slightly bonkers at the time. But I can understand why it wouldn't work for everyone. It's pretty campy.
Shira, I may try it again later. Just not hitting the mark right now.
