just had to relisten to some sections to make sure i wasnt mishearing but hooks did not do a great job of distinguishing between lesbians and political lesbians, shes pretty liberally throwing around the word “choice” in reference to bisexual and lesbian women with little nuance or discussion about very important differences. been enjoying this so far (with critiques) but ch 15-17 are bit concerning.
