This book has opened up a window to all of the meanness that women exhibit at work, at play and even in families. It's good to see some answers coming because seeing how much disfunction there is between women can be downright depressing. Knowing that I got away from a major queen bee makes me so happy! The description was so accurate that I almost expected to see her name on page 37!
