plot was good, but that was the only reason I finished it and gave it any stars at all. the characters were unbearably stupid, the grammatical errors abounded, and the sado masochistic relationships completely unhealthy and pretty unfounded. never reading another in this series, I only wish I could have the lost time back, wasted on inadequate human understanding.

everyone is, to borrow their expression, "deeply obtuse".

all previous poor reviews nailed it: unrealistic, illogical, stupid and inconsistent characters; the repetitive, homogeneous writing; condoning of violent relationships; grammatical typos; etc. The worst may be how the characters learn nothing from their mistakes and terrible emotional IQ, as other reviewers pointed out.

I hate the immature, volatile, senseless characters more than I like the story.

just wish the author was a little more sophisticated a writer. the storyline is interesting, but the prose is clunky and dragged down the book.

not terribly sophisticated, but not overly predictable or grammatically wrong. waiting for potential.
