As an athlete it’s hard to read parts of this book- the messages athletes, especially female athletes get, about their bodies & chasing this excellence that is essentially unattainable. My heart just breaks for Carrie in the first section of this book, she can’t even celebrate her accomplishments because they are never good enough. Ahh
