I hear plenty of western perspectives of Israel and Palestine … wanted to hear the history from the other perspective. Authors great uncle was mayor of Jerusalem around 1900 and his family has been academics and diplomats in the middle of it all from the start. Hard to follow at my normal 1.75 though!
