I got this as part of a four book anthology on BookSirens but I’m reviewing them separately because I need all the credits towards my reading challenge. 🤭

When will that trope end. Been sent 3 ARCs recently and ALL of the FMC’s were fat before but now skinny so they got super duper hot. One is basically told she’s a troll who actually turned into a Cinderella style babe since she almost died and lost all that weight.

Good grief that sounds terrible. This one she just grew into her height but the whole woman pining and ugly duckling trope doesn’t do it for me. Even now that she’s beautiful she’s still chasing him so we don’t even get to see him fall to his knees. Waste.
