Visiting D.C. and can't help but think of interludes for Apocalypse Makers books like the one with the President in Book 2. One reader told me that she laughed out loud at the end scene of that one. No spoilers... Apocalypse Makers avoids the often vulgar language common in books of the genre, and has terrifying, funny, sad and silly moments, and nonstop action, with characters to both love and hate.
