Woah. Interesting. I agree we should allow ourself to show emotions. I didn’t realize this book focussed so much on why the Bible stories tell us our emotions are important.

Science is recognizing that our body shows our mental trauma. The idea that so many of these year old stories supported that idea and we’ve survived the puritan and philosophers who pushed those emotions down is super interesting.
