I have never liked the metaphor of "life is a game we play"; it's why I dislike the term "life coaching." Games tend to involve competition. I don't feel that life and spirituality are competitive or involve needing to use tactics to succeed or ascend. In relationships "playing games" is akin to being messed around with... I'm more of a "life is a grand experiment" or a "life is a journey type of girl."

I will do my best to let go of this seemingly over-arching theme of the book. So far this book appears to be is a gentle companion for people who are fresh into waking up.
