Omg snow got the idea to make everyone dress up colorful / funky in the capitol bc of Lucy’s rainbow dress and circus look omfg

I love how you can immediately tell that Snow doesn’t think empathetically like others do. When Sejanus was “you forget, I’m part of that litter” he is showing his empathy for who he once was, and Snow scolds him in his head for thinking of himself as a district citizen after years of money / capitol incorporation. So insane
