I'm confused. At one point in the "blurb" it claims this is book 1, but in another it is listed as book 6. It's obviously not book one because it jumps right in without explanation of who the characters are or how they know each other. The blurb also says the books can be read in any order, but that's not true, either! I'm put off by how uncaring two of the women are about the death of the dog of the third woman.
