Very eye opening. It’s making me reflect on my past experiences, habits or traits. Things that I may have or am doing in the present that are relating to what the author is warning the reader about and the drastic effects it has on a persons immune system. I really want to change and try to heal from my past and I believe this book is the first step towards healing.
