Very excited. Heard the author this week at the IT Leadership conference. His perspective in AGILITY, CULTURE and why buy-in and best practices are hurting us. Organization that insist on control and rigid compliance are going to fat as technology flattens and democratizes everything from voting to ordering socks. Really anxious to read this one.
