It began great. Mystery, secrets, lies, a splash of romance. Then the flashback overload. It was stretched out and bored me out of my mind. When it finally came back to the present day, I wasn't as interested in the plot, despite the action scenes that occurred. I blame the flashback taking up at least a third of the book.
