The first story, The Land Toward Sunset, is by David Drake and is ok, but not to my thinking a true Robert E Howard tale. The second story, Tigers of the Sea, is by REH and more to my liking. It was unfinished and I shall see if Drake’s ending satisfies.

The Robert E Howard originals in the book are good. Though, this was a character he hadn’t been able to sell to the pulps before he died. Conan is a better legacy for Howard.
