I do not recommend listening to this book at work.
Oh my!!! I am not an expert at non-binary representation or the NB experience but the scenes involving Ty seem to handle their gender identity in a way that is refreshing and more realistic to how I imagine coming to terms with feelings about ones body, mind and what they want/ need.
