I did not read reviews but I loved this book! Im a linguistics fan took classes have taken greek and latin. Speak 2 languages fluently and 4 others as a tourist. I love a good fiction book with great characters and this has that. I also enjoyed the "science" of the use of languages in this. I like the exposure it brings to class/race struggles and hope that it brings all that the writer wanted to every reader.
