last chapter before giving it back to jake: ch 26 Aarfy

just finished chapter 22 (Mayor Milo) and it was by far the funniest chapter in the book so far. i’m getting the humor appeal of this book more because the situation was just so insane and far fetched that there’s no way it could’ve been real, and i could imagine Yossarian and Orr’s desperation to finally get some DAMN sleep.

i’m struggling to keep reading this book because of the lack of action, although it is pretty funny. i started listening to the audiobook along with reading it and that’s helped a lot.
