Can I admit something to you? I'm having a really hard time finishing this book... and I'm not sure why. I mean, I'll admit, it's pretty great and Atwood's prose is at its most sumptuous, evocative, and engaging... but I find myself continually groping for reasons to stop reading and do something else. I definitely have an "it's not you, it's me" relationship with this book.
