This story has an English feel, like an Agatha Christie. It's a locked room mystery that takes place in a Newport, RI mansion. The writing style makes the story feel timeless. There is no slang, no text speak and no mention of a cell phone for at least the first hundred pages. I'm finding it refreshing.
