I saw your review for the first one and I thought I’d give you a heads up. This is a slowwwwwww burn series so it takes multiple books for hazard and somers to get their shit together. I listened to all 6 books in this series this year and some were definitely better than others. I absolutely loved this one due to the case but H&S are incredibly frustrating. For me, it was worth the incredibly long wait because they are just so good together and there are two more series after this one that has them together and makes up for how long the author made us wait now. I needed a break after listening to all 6 this year but I plan to start the next series book in 2024. Hope that helps 💗

Thank you so much for the heads up. The first 3 books are available in the audible library so I really have nothing to lose by listening to them. My curiosity keeps me in it. Hoping I have a positive outcome like so many others 🤞🏼🤞🏼
