I’m really frustrated that this book is not living up to the raving reviews. It’s honestly kinda boring and awkward…and I still don’t care about either main character. *sigh*

I have a hard time with all the hype that is around some of these books because "booktok", they have a very different idea of spicy than I do.

I agree! I’m not a fan of the “booktok” books either. This one came up on Audible suggestions though, and I read the reviews on here and figured it would be worth it. It’s really not 😅 I’m actually more interested in story than spice, and I haaaate when the author makes you just assume chemistry when they didn’t bother to flesh it out in the story.
