For posterity: if this book has one of those situations where Jude falls in love with Cardan and he finds out she’s a spy and he’s like “so you’re only with me because you’re spying for Dain” and she goes “no I swear!!” and he doesn’t believe her, I will IMMEDIATELY stop reading btw
