I'm maybe a bit jaded at this point, but I'm finding this one pretty pedestrian so far. It's the usual dose of macho US tough guys, where every small arm is named and described and all the womenfolk and children need protecting. I had a feeling I was going to find this one heavy going when it gave me the "You can trust me, I'm a cop!" moment immediately after the protagonist has shot someone multiple times.
