amazingly written, of course. i listened to the audiobook and the narration was one of the best ive ever heard (though that might just be overall bad narration in fantasy specifically). some of the more absurd moments didnt land for me and i wished the main characters had had more development/POV time. but the villain and the conflict moments were exciting and interesting.
