I started reading the Rules of Magic, comparing the characters of Jet & Franny to the ones in the Practical Magic movie. I should've known not to do that. Instead I learned who they were from the very beginning. Siblings, Jet, Franny & Vincent learn they are different. A family history, a curse and growing pains are the experiences that the Owens siblings endure during this novel.
