Honestly, I'm struggling a bit with the outlandishness of this story. However, O'Brien is one of my favorite authors and few come close to her skillfully written 🌶️ scenes 🥵. Not an ideal read while visiting family...so I'll have to wait to continue.

A random, hot stranger shows up at the MC's house with groceries (the exact ones the MC needs) and claims to be her "Muse"-- MC is a romance author with writers block. The MC questions it for like 2 seconds and then they have sex LMAO.
