My heart breaks for her realness of this book. This is my first read of Ashley’s works and she really hits the core of small town expectation, culture and familial relationships. This ends with a very real ending. Sugar coated it is not, but rather a stark remind that one simple choice can continually affect you for the rest of your life. AMAZING REAS!
