Ugh. Why not just tell the prince that Sei works there part time or has a special status because she has more than one job? It’s silly to think the prince can find out when he’s an outsider.

Again, saying the king could step between Sei and Albert even if they loved each other…why would he? Do you not want to keep the saint as happy as possible so she stays in your country?? She doesn’t HAVE to work for you!
