I think I’m back.
And it won’t be long before I’m beyond.

God damn it. This is going to be something of a lot of work.
I wouldn’t have it otherwise.

Interesting, this format of an essay accompanied by a ‘report’ of a conversation.

Yup, this might — once again — be a life-altering text.

Incredibly insightful; insightfully affirmative; affirmatively encouraging.

God, I love it when people participating in spirit share their interpretation(s) of works I’ve read and appreciated myself. In this case, “Wilhelm Meister’s Apprenticeship” by Goethe.
Now, I actually am keen to reread it. And read the Journeyman Years straight after.

I had to implore myself not to force myself to divest from my general approach, just in order to divest from my general approach.

I misjudged my capacity for sitting today. It negates my stretches of this morning greatly. I should have just stayed at home, reclined on my couch, and read this there.
That I’m working on my thesis by reading this, does not mean that it has to superimpose on the pleasantry of reading this. I don’t need to go to the university library to work on this, if the work does not even feel as such.

I’m so glad I can read this stuff, and get a degree for it.

Well, that was the first time catching myself thinking: “God, I want to be done with my studies, and get on with my life.”
Now, that was not after finishing a reading session on this. That was after drafting my provisionary bibliography for this first MA thesis. That’s a significant difference.
Still, I’d like to do more living, and less reading about life.
How to combine that with a full-time job?
