Oh, no. I'm too much of a big wimp to read this ending.

I have a theory about what's going on w/Marcus. He's been weird.

Sometimes I wish there were smut free versions of books because it can start to feel like filler. I'm so sucked into the main storyline and I want to get back to it, but they're banging again. I'm not a patient person. I end up scanning or skipping the sex scenes when it starts to feel gratuitous or cringy.

Aspen has to be the big baddie. I could be totally off base, but there's something off about him.

Cassian is growing on me with his cunning and deviousness. I respect it.

There must be 2 or more books coming up because a relationship with Marcus not happening isn't an option. Plus, I'm holding hope for the detective being a love interest. He's one of the most interesting characters.

So glad this isn't real life. The idea of needing to bang for days at a time is beyond gross. They're probably so so so sticky and stinky. Doesn't matter if they bathe like 6 times a day.

I love her brother Hawthorn, but I have this feeling he's going to get killed off.

He's so unbearably gross. And he isn't even the biggest bad guy, I don't think. Her dad and family are still huge problems. Who is this Prince he just mentioned too? I'm guessing this means there are more books. I was hoping this was the last one.
