这辈子的Energy据说都是一开始分配好在不同方面的，比如emotion和activity。不使用就会生病（不好好地让情绪表达出来，没有足够的运动量，等等）

Any teaching, after a certain period of time, becomes a block by itself, in a certain sense. You will twist it to your convenience… You will seee how the teaching supports you. The teaching is not about supporting you; the teaching is about demolishing you… A Kriya can slowly decimate the blocks. You just keep doing the practice; after some time suddenly there’s a new sense of openness and freedom in you.

The crowd’s destiny is always predestined. Once you get scattered, your destiny becomes predestined. Once you become an individual, your destiny becomes yours.

If you have to do something that you do not like, you can only do it consciously, there is no other way to do it. Yes? Things that you like, you can do compulsively, but things that you don’t like, you can only do consciously. That is why the ascetic path.

In love, you will perform good karma. When you perform good karma, the quality of your life will be enhanced, that’s all.

A man who does not know action—real action, intense action—can never move into inaction. If you try to, inaction will just become lethargy. Only if you have known intense action can you know inaction.

When can a person do something very intensely without any hope about it? Only through love can one do it, only when you really, really love.

If anything has to be done intensely, but at the same time without hope, love is the only way.

Whichever Sadhana you choose, when it is based upon your hope that one day you will see something, it has its limitations. When your Sadhana is based on hope and fear, you won’t attain to anything.

When awareness arises within you, love and compassion will be the natural follow-up. When you are very loving, you are very aware; can you see that?

There’s a certain span of time that you call “life”, within which something meaningful should happen. Otherwise, one will definitely die in regret, and your life doesn’t end with death. (Something meaningful?)
