The synopsis pulled me in and the fact that it had a 4 star review. But I made it 40 pages into this book until the FMC was r*ped and immediately knew I didn’t want to continue. I read through several reviews and from those that did finish the book it doesn’t seem like I am missing much. I love thrillers but this was too dark for me.
