I think i found this at a thrift store? Finally reading it.
It seems like the author is a huge fan of the Amish in particular amongst the Anabaptist groups so it's already given me a few chuckles. One section is called "The Amish ask for forgiveness and the Mennonites refused." Dear readers, he ignores context he just gave us a few pages before, lol.
Should be fun if it continues like this.

Lots of merging of churches and tending toward more progressive and less separatist policies in this chapter. Hope to finish up the last chapter on Old Order Amish soon. Having family from Ohio, I always thought if we weren't Amish perhaps there's some influence there, though I don't have concrete evidence for it. The love of or dedication to shunning and other things seem to point that way anyway.
