Lydia has been living in NH and comes back to her family's pub in Boston to help out. I live in Southern NH - 1 hr from Boston - this book makes Lydia's time in NH seem like she lived across the country. I keep wanting to yell at the characters. I put it down for now - I need to stop yelling at them in my head. People in this area do not let 2 measly hours in a car keep you from the people you love.
