Can't recommend it enough. Even though I find myself disagreeing with a lot of his opinions, and I'm more of a political moderate, this is probably the best/most important book I've ever read. Every few pages there's a paragraph or sometimes just a sentence of some piece of wisdom he has - usually something that took me years to figure out, or something I haven't even thought about. Really amazing how much he changed his life for the better.
