I think what’s bothering me the most is that there’s a physical description for every woman involved. I might care that Grace is interested in politics or that Helen matched her lipstick to her nails every day—things that help build their CHARACTERS, but when you’re giving me 15 women’s names at once, I can’t possibly keep track of which ones are blonde or short or pretty or overweight.
