Mostly frustrating and angering, with bouts of utter horror and heartbreak. It's not exactly fun to read, though it is well written. The fact that it's a true story instead of fiction really changes the measure of what's enjoyable. It feels good (or perhaps not "good" so much as "right") to finally address my complete ignorance of what happened.
