julie berry came to my school to present this book and that was like 6 years ago but remember it so well. she played the piano and read the first chapter to us it was genuinely so cool!! idk why i never read it back then but i wanted to continue my streak of books with pinkish covers so here i am. anyways the aphrodite intro is sooo smart i love it sm and it's a great way to ease us into the historical narrative
