I realize this book is not for me. I appreciate many of Brie's teachings- yoga, meditation, and the concept of slowing down. She mentions Joseph Campbell, of whom I am a huge fan. I hope that many people find their peace through her recommendations, but I would prefer to not engage with materials that encourage "self pleasure" so casually.
