If you like police dramas that are character-driven and focus a little too much on process that the average Joe may like? Don’t be average, you’ll be rewarded. The obvious twist here is the looming shadow over super responsible cops and the pride they have in their work, the shadow that is the Batman. He hardly shows up, but the urgency of police doing their work with his looming presence is felt throughout.
