Okay, first of all, Callahan has no idea if he "lost" Jake. All he knows is that Jake got some upsetting info and left because he needed to figure out how to process it. Second of all, again, Callahan still needs to get out of his own damn way and not keep putting everyone on the planet ahead of himself. That's just not healthy for anyone.
