gave up got boring this defo isn’t his fathers writing. It’s fine, just not my cuppa tea

I gave up on this book. It’s bland, a chapter can barely last 6 pages, the plot feels tropic and doesn’t encapsulate me like frank Herbert. And to be frank, his pages and pages of lucid and introspective writing was the only big reason I was able to read Dune. So, without that, I drop this book
