I really hate the on page, written "I don't have time to deal with my trauma right now so I'll just ignore it" I dunno, I just feel like it always needs to be worded better or just don't have the character acknowledge it? And are there even therapists in this fantasy world?

It is usually followed by characters encountering why they need to slay their demons but ahhhh.
