Have you read the Kate Muir book, 'Everything You Need to Know about the Menopause (But Were Too Afraid to ask)'? I haven't read this one yet, but I keep seeing it in the library, and I'd be interested to know how they compare! Tbh, I don't think we can can ever read TOO much about it!

No i haven't Erin will add it to my to read list, thanks for the recommendation. I'm enjoying this atm learning alot. Which is insightful yet frustrating at times.
