I chose this book because it was free and sounded like it had an interesting plot. I had no idea what will happen because none of my friends have read this book. So far, this book has been alright, not too great, not too bad. The reason is that the plot is a little convoluted by adding in unnecessary details that get in the way of the main idea. The characters in the book are interesting and relatable.

In the past week, the characters were fleeing the place of the elves and were entering, through a portal, back to Earth again. Later on, Thor catches up to the three characters to try and bring Loki back to Asgard. The three then safely escape to a place where they cant be found. Loki then leaves. After a couple of weeks, Loki is found unconscious in the front lawn of Amy's house. He comes back with more knowledge.

The author's purpose for writing this book is to entertain their readers and for them to see their take on Norse mythology. I believe that the author's message in this book is that the reader should always look at something and interpret what they see, even if there are finite facts on what it is.

I can relate to the character Loki because he can easily manipulate people and trick them. I do this sometimes so people can do their part of their work in group projects if they are not doing anything. I don't really trick people, I mostly am able to make people do what I want them to do. I don't relate to him because he loves pulling pranks and making people feel ashamed, I like to see people succeed.
