I've seen a lot of criticisms towards Stacey. So far I think she is a better match for Mike than Sarah. At the beginning when he got the call, they were supposed to have a weekend getaway together, and Stacey encouraged him that he had to go. Sarah on the other hand, would have been very angry. She seems to be more supportive with his career and understands the demands it has for him.
